Hydroliq develops and produces sustainable and high-quality hygiene solutions in Luzern, including for the healthcare sector, the food industry, and agriculture. For livestock farming, we are expanding our business in Eastern Switzerland. For this purpose, we are looking for reinforcement in sales consulting: You know agriculture from practical experience, enjoy advising at eye level, and want to make a sales territory your own.

These are your tasks

• Building and further developing the customer portfolio in Eastern Switzerland
• Support of existing customers
• Advising livestock farms on-site, including analysis of drinking and water systems and development of suitable solutions
• Creation of offers as well as independent conduct of sales and contract negotiations
• Development of new customers and market potentials in the sales territory
• Network maintenance with veterinarians, associations, and industry partners
• Representation of Hydroliq at trade fairs and specialist events
• Documentation of customer activities and sales opportunities in the CRM system

This characterizes you

• Training in the agricultural sector or sound practical experience in agriculture, ideally with a connection to livestock farming
• Experience in consulting or in the sale of agricultural solutions
• Network in Eastern Swiss agriculture is an advantage
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact, confident appearance, independent and structured way of working
• Interest in technical solutions as well as in the topics of hygiene, water quality, and animal health
• Driver's license category B as well as high willingness to travel within Eastern Switzerland
