The Alterszentrum Aaheim is an institution of the municipality of Aadorf. In four living groups - one of them as a protected living area for people with dementia - 86 people find a home, who temporarily or in the long term need care and support. We place great emphasis on respecting the individual personality, life experience and skills of our residents. At the Alterszentrum Aaheim, around 120 people work. The institution also includes 24 senior apartments. We are a training company, among other things, for the training of health professionals (FaGe) and health and social assistants (AGS). We work with the reference care system, with the electronic care documentation easyDOK and the needs assessment instrument RAI-NH. Due to retirement, we are looking for an agreement Head of Care and Support 80 - 100 % Your tasks: • Overall responsibility for care and support (technical, personnel, financial) with around 80 employees • Leadership, coaching and further development of team leaders and central specialist areas • Ensuring and continuously developing the quality of care, taking into account legal, economic and qualitative requirements • Promoting person-centered care with a focus on self-determination and quality of life for residents • Leadership and implementation of projects as well as optimization of processes and structures • Responsibility for quality, risk and performance management • Active participation in the strategy as a GL member • Networking and cooperation with internal and external partners Your profile: • Dipl.
