• Is computer science your specialty? World class. Did you acquire your technical know-how differently? Also top. The main thing is that you know how to set up and configure a system.
• You see digitalization as the opportunity to sustainably optimize processes — almost like the red thread at a crime scene.
• Is IT so to speak your middle name? You don't need to look up database queries and networks in the archive first.
• DMS or ECM configurations? Elementary, my dear Watson — I can already do it or absolutely want to learn it.
• Your German is so steady that even the Duden nods briefly.
• Start-up vibe, hands-on mentality and flexibility sound exciting to you — you don't need instructions from Scotland Yard.

A note that is close to our hearts — because even Sherlock did not accept every case: Experience shows that people from the fields of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Requirements Engineering do not feel quite at home in this role. We would rather say this honestly in advance than have you find out for yourself.

• You support companies in finding tailored solutions in the ECM M-Files.
• Together with your customers, you analyze their processes, recognize their needs and develop concrete technical solutions — no case is like the other.
• You enjoy performing technical configurations in the system yourself and dare to try something out. Enola would say: “Rules are only recommendations.”
• You accompany ECM projects in close contact with customers — from the first suspicion to the solved file.
