The Klinik Adelheid with 140 beds is a leading rehabilitation center in Central Switzerland for the highest quality in patient care. The range of services includes inpatient rehabilitation of musculoskeletal, neurological, internist-oncological and geriatric patients. The clinic is located in a picturesque setting above the Ägerisee and is a company of the Gemeinnützigen Gesellschaft Zug. We are looking for an employee/receptionist approx. 50% by agreement. You are responsible for all areas of the reception, patient admission and administrative tasks including invoicing of services. We place great importance on competent and empathetic contact with our patients 365 days from 8 am to 8 pm (weekends and holidays until 7 pm) in services of 5.5 to 6.5 hours. Requirements • Commercial basic training or equivalent education • Professional experience at a reception • High social and presentation skills • High flexibility in work deployment (e.g. holiday replacements) • Work deployments during the week mostly on Thursdays and Fridays • Weekend services: approx. every second weekend (on average per year) Offer We offer you an interesting and varied range of tasks in a committed and motivated team.
