• you take over the operational and financial management of the company and always keep costs, revenues as well as economic development in view
• furthermore, you lead and develop the employees and are responsible for all personnel topics as well as personnel planning
• you coordinate and schedule the ongoing orders, ensure a smooth operational process and also ensure a functioning IT infrastructure
