Deputy Head of Department 70-90% Intensive Care

The Neuchâtel hospital network (RHNe) is a cantonal multisite establishment with a 10-bed Intensive Care service on the Pourtalès site in Neuchâtel. The medical supervision of the service has been autonomous since 2020 and allows for continuous 24/7 care. The service is recognized for medical training in intensive medicine and practical training of expert nurses in intensive care. Your missions • Ensure high-quality care for Intensive Care patients • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with RHNe specialists and the service's interprofessional team • Participate in the postgraduate and ongoing training of doctors and nurses • Participate in the smooth operation and management of the service Your profile • Swiss medical degree, or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland • Specialist title in intensive medicine (FMH or recognized foreign title) • Diploma and title registered in the medical professions register (MedReg) • French language level B2 or higher • Experience as a university clinic head (2 years desired) Your skills • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, decision-making and implementation ability • Enthusiasm for maintaining, developing and teaching knowledge • Sense of communication, both interprofessional and interdisciplinary • Flexibility and good adaptability • Interest in developing a competence pole within the service Additional information • Workplace: Pourtalès site in Neuchâtel • Entry into function: from December 1st, 2026 or to be agreed • Attractive framework and working conditions governed by the CCT of the Neuchâtel hospital network's medical executives • Information: M.
