You know the operating room from the inside and want to put your clinical expertise at the service of sales? Our client is a Swiss distributor of innovative surgical products based in Geneva. Founded in 2003, this family business delivers to hospitals, private clinics and university centers throughout Switzerland. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial personality with operating room experience as a Sales Specialist for Romandie.

-Strong Swiss family company with more than 20 years of experience in surgery

-Innovative portfolio - from minimally invasive surgery to electrosurgery and operating room accessories

-Short decision-making processes and great autonomy in your sales region

Your responsibilities and tasks: ##

-Monitoring and development of existing key accounts (hospitals, clinics, operating centers)

-Maintenance and development of existing turnover

-Acquisition of new customers and increase of market share in Suisse romande

-Presentation, advice and sale of medical devices to purchasing, the operating room and the clinic

-Conducting product training and user training

-Close collaboration with doctors, operating room staff, purchasing and other interlocutors

-Market monitoring, identification of customer needs and commercial potential

-Participation in specialized congresses, workshops and customer events

Your profile: ##

-TSO training or equivalent clinical training with experience in the operating room

-Several years of medical experience, ideally in the sale of medical devices

-Excellent communication, advisory and negotiation skills, customer oriented

-Autonomous and goal-oriented work, with initiative and stress resistance

-Enthusiasm for medical devices, great sense of service and team spirit

-Very good level of French, good knowledge of German and English
