For a large company in the Biel region, we are looking for motivated and communicative people for the most intense sales period of the year. For approximately 1.5 months, you will support the customer contact team and ensure that everything runs smoothly, even in the event of high order volume and many requests.

Your tasks

• Telephone assistance and customer advice
• Processing customer orders and requests
• Advice and active sale of the products offered
• Answering questions regarding products and orders
• Professional and friendly customer contact
• Maintaining an overview even during the intense Black Friday phase

What you bring

• You speak Swiss German / dialect perfectly
• You are communicative and enjoy contact with customers
• Your manner is friendly, empathetic and convincing
• You like to sell and can adapt to different customers
• Even during busy periods, you remain kind, focused and organized
• You are available for the entire mission from mid-October to late November
