Trainer for Power Line Technicians (all)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of training for power line technician apprentices together with a small training team.
• In inter-company courses, you participate as a trainer and instructor, conveying your specialist knowledge in a practical, understandable, and enthusiastic manner.
• You conduct repetition and further education courses for apprentices and adults and actively contribute your practical experience.
• You participate in courses on switching operations and working under voltage and contribute to a safe and practical implementation.
• You develop and maintain course and training materials together with the training team and continuously develop them further.
• You support organizational and administrative tasks related to our training and courses.
• Occupational safety is a core conviction for you. You convey safe working practices in training and model them in everyday work.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Netzelektriker/in EFZ and have several years of practical professional experience in grid construction.
• You have successfully completed further training as a Netzfachmann/-frau with eidg. Fachausweis.
• You enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge and practical experience to apprentices and adults. Initial experience in training or instruction is an advantage.
• An SVEB certificate or comparable further training in adult education is desirable. If you do not yet have this, you are interested in further training in the field of training and didactics.
• You have sound specialist knowledge in grid construction and know the practical challenges in the daily work of a power line technician.
• You can explain practical work in an understandable way, enjoy approaching people, and feel comfortable in front of a group.
• Safety, quality, and responsible working are a matter of course for you.
• You work independently and reliably, at the same time enjoy being part of a team, and want to develop professionally and personally and take on responsibility.
• Very good German skills round off your profile.
