Purchaser Construction Projects 80-100 % Your contribution with us * You procure materials, services and subcontractor services for our construction projects * You request offers, compare them and conduct price and contract negotiations * You work closely with project management, site management and internal specialist departments * You maintain and further develop relationships with suppliers and business partners * You ensure that materials and services are available on time and under economic conditions * You contribute your experience to the establishment and further development of our new purchasing team * You actively help shape processes, standards and ways of working * You ensure transparency and quality in our procurement processes What counts for us * You have experience in the main construction or secondary construction industry, in a construction-related industry and/or already in purchasing * Possible backgrounds are, for example, site manager, foreman, construction clerk, purchaser or a comparable function * You understand offers, bills of quantities and commercial contexts and can assess them reliably * You are a communicative personality and know how to build sustainable relationships and create trust * You conduct negotiations confidently, solution-oriented and with the necessary tact * You think economically, act entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with many topics at the same time * You work independently, structured and reliably * You communicate with stylistic confidence in German.
