50% as of 1.8.2026 or by agreement Employment via HPZ BL Your responsibility <br /> • You accompany a child in the 2nd kindergarten year with social-pedagogical needs sensitively and reliably in regular lessons. • You support the child in emotional regulation and impulse control - and experience how relationship work in a 1:1 setting enables real progress. • You are a trustworthy bridge between the child, class teacher, specialists, and parents. • You contribute as a full member to the school team and actively participate in school events. • The accompaniment usually takes place from Monday to Friday in the morning - with regulated working hours and a clear framework. <br /> Your background <br /> • You have completed training in social pedagogy and bring the necessary skills for demanding accompaniment work. • Relationship work is your strength: you approach children in a heartfelt, clear, and eye-to-eye manner. • You are a person who remains calm even in challenging moments and thinks in a solution-oriented way. • Experience in accompanying kindergarten children, ideally with behavioral difficulties, is a plus, but not a requirement. Here, children and teachers enjoy shaping their learning and work processes. The Kindergarten and Primary School Ettingen consist of 24 classes, 480 students, and around 70 employees. We operate an introductory class and an age-mixed small class.
