HR Manager 100% We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence includes 123 apartments as well as a nursing department with 25 single rooms. To strengthen our management, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Head of our HR department, starting immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you with us Overall responsibility for the operational Human Resources Management for approx. 120 employees Responsibility for the entire payroll including social insurances, withholding tax and annual financial statements Recruitment of specialist and management personnel Advising and supporting the executive management as well as the managers in all HR topics Personnel development, training and further education planning Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements (OR, L-GAV, internal guidelines) Maintenance of the already established and well-structured processes Participation in HR projects and organizational development Leadership of one team member What you bring with you Completed further training in the HR field (HR specialist with federal diploma or equivalent further training) with experience in a comparable function Sound knowledge of payroll and social insurance, as well as labor law Strong social competence, independent and solution-oriented way of working High integrity, loyalty and discretion in dealing with confidential HR and personnel data High service orientation as well as enjoyment of working in the health/social sector Good German skills in speaking and writing What you will find with us A responsible and varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility.
