Dübendorf (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute • Ensure, conceptually and operationally, the overall availability of use, resilience, and integrity of the airspace surveillance and operations conduct systems of the Swiss Air Force, which include the radar system for establishing the air situation, the air intelligence system, as well as the military and civil airspace management system • Assume co-responsibility for personnel and technical aspects as well as the development of interdisciplinary teams and specialists, taking into account demographic evolution, effective generational management, and the sustainable preservation of knowledge in a technologically very complex and security-critical environment • Assume responsibility for the global development and optimization of the system environment based on scientific analysis and optimization methods, focusing on availability, maintainability, efficiency, scalability, and proportionality • Ensure the interoperability of complex and heterogeneous system networks in a national and international context, and maintain and promote the establishment and strengthening of partnership networks between the actors concerned • Support and contribute to conceptual planning, risk-based steering, as well as the operational implementation and transformation of replacement systems <br /> What makes you unique • University or university of applied sciences Master's degree in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or computer science • Continuous education and solid experience in the field of air traffic control and the Communication-Navigation-Surveillance system cluster • Continuous education in business management (at least CAS, preferably MAS) • Proven experience in leading and developing interdisciplinary teams in complex and inter-organizational environments • Proven experience in implementing complex and high-availability ICT systems • Good active knowledge of at least a second official language as well as very good command of English and passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words The Cyber Command is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, in all situations, of the airspace surveillance and operations conduct systems of the Swiss Air Force, which are essential to the execution of missions.
