Schule Heimberg is further developing its MR-area with a lot of commitment, expertise, and a clear vision. For this, we are looking for trained special education teachers per immediately or by arrangement, who are not just looking for a job, but have the desire to help shape the school. People who strengthen children and adolescents with special needs, recognize their resources, and enable real participation. People who bring in their professional experience and at the same time remain curious. And people who want to walk new paths together with us. Thinking school further - shaping together Our MR-area is in an exciting development phase. We want to strengthen what is proven and at the same time have the courage to rethink support and promotion. Since the school year 2026/27, we have been offering, among other things, an offer in horse-assisted special education for students with special needs. At the same time, our structurally organized psychomotorics has successfully established itself at the school. For this and further developments, we are looking for specialists who enjoy contributing their knowledge, taking on responsibility, and helping to shape a strong and future-oriented MR-area together with others.

What you bring What you ideally possess is a recognized qualification in special education and you bring joy to the integrative support of students with different learning and developmental prerequisites. Furthermore, we wish for: - a clear attitude in favor of integration, participation, and equality of opportunity - joy in close cooperation with class teachers and other specialists - openness to new pedagogical paths and forms of support - interest in professional and personal development - willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape development - resilience, solution orientation, and a good dose of humor Teachers with sound experience in the MR-area and a clear willingness for corresponding professional further qualification are also welcome to contact us.
