Tasks & Challenges

• Independent management of fiduciary mandates for SMEs and private individuals
• Management of financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation and creation of VAT returns
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support with tax and business management questions
• Direct contact with customers, authorities, and other external bodies

Qualifications & Competencies

• Commercial basic training or similar
• Further training in the field of fiduciary, finance, and accounting or the willingness to complete such
• Good knowledge of financial accounting, payroll, VAT, and taxes
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and the management of different mandates
• Independent, exact, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• High IT affinity, especially MS-Office and Abacus (Bexio is an advantage)
• German as a native language, good English skills
