For the establishment and further development of lignumetal engineering AG, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality as Managing Director 80 – 100 % (also possible in Co-Lead) In this key role, you will take on overall operational responsibility and implement the strategic requirements of the Board of Directors. You will build up the organization, recruit qualified engineers and specialist planners and actively maintain relationships with customers and partners. Initial projects have already been initiated, and you will be specifically supported in further market development and acquisition. Your central tasks include advising investors and clients, the development and conception of innovative wood-steel solutions, the performance of structural calculations as well as technical site management. You have an engineering degree in timber construction or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you also bring business administration knowledge and have experience in controlling budgets, key figures and business goals. You possess sound knowledge in the field of hybrid construction systems. Leadership experience – whether at management or division management level – completes your profile.
