traversa, network for people with a mental illness, is a social enterprise that is committed to the inclusion and improvement of the living situation of people with a mental illness.

In the Kottenring residential house in Sursee, 12 people with mental illnesses find a home in a community as a transition or for a longer period of time. Additionally, supervised daytime activities are offered for 11 external day guests. A team of professionals supports the residents on their way towards independence.

From 1 August 2027 or by arrangement, we enable one

Internship in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, 80 to 100% ##

These are your tasks ###

• Supporting the team in daily organization and accompanying our residents
• Taking on key person tasks
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of leisure activities
• Completion of administrative tasks
• Collaboration in household management and maintenance of the property
• Taking on on-call and weekend services

• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team, social pedagogy/psychiatric nursing
