Your tasks ###

• Customer Management & Support: Handle customer requests by email and telephone. Analyze their needs, formalize offers, and ensure remote technical follow-up.
• HVAC Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation or renovation projects. Define schedules, allocate resources, and monitor site progress.
• Technical Follow-up & Offers: Perform basic thermal calculations, dimension equipment, and write specifications as well as quotes.
• Internal/External Coordination: Collaborate closely with on-site installation teams and order necessary material from suppliers.
• Multilingual Communication: Ensure written and oral correspondence with our Swiss and international clients and partners.

Your Profile ###

• Education: Higher technical training in HVAC or CFC installer/designer (with strong experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in HVAC project management or in a sedentary technical interface role.
• Languages (Imperative): Perfect mastery of French AND fluent level (B2/C1 minimum) in English OR in German, both spoken and written.
• Skills: Writing proficiency, excellent telephone communication, and mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office, ERP).
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of customer service, organizational rigor, initiative, and ability to manage priorities.
