For one of our clients active in the construction sector in Valais, we are looking for a

Purchasing Assistant 50-60% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of material and goods purchasing
• Calculate and optimize truck loading volumes
• Ensure the follow-up of supplier orders, particularly internationally
• Coordinate supply flows and deliveries
• Control stock entries and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate closely with sales teams in a purchase-sale logic
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments as needed

Profile

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration is an asset
• Knowledge of the construction field or strong interest in construction materials
• Comfortable with numbers and logistical organization
• Lively, curious, versatile, and involved personality
• Team spirit and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good mastery of standard IT tools
