Hoffmann - La Roche AG in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Production Expert for the Packaging Devices Department =========================================================== Background: The Kaiseraugst packaging plant is the competence center for the packaging of high-quality products according to applicable GMP regulations for the worldwide market. The Asset Assembly & Packaging Devices is one of many different technology areas in the packaging plant and is characterized by the assembly and packaging of pre-filled syringes & devices. The area is supported by an innovative organizational and process concept with committed employees who actively help shape their own area alongside daily business. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Independent execution of packaging activities according to applicable GMP regulations including identification and accounting of materials, performing in-process controls and sample withdrawals, goods transport and disposal, line clearance • Independent operation of the production and inspection equipment and the associated IT systems • Independent documentation of all GMP-relevant work and malfunctions (SAP, MES, OEE) and immediate reporting of identified deviations and faulty conditions • Ensuring the availability of format parts, packaging materials and consumables at the place of use. • Evaluation and processing of alarms and malfunctions including commenting on them in the OEE tool • Clearing and cleaning of the production and inspection equipment. • Disposal of waste at the production and inspection equipment. • Processing production orders in IT systems. • Coordinating and performing changeover activities in cooperation with the technical department • Active participation in the introduction, optimization and application of LPS tools • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Must Haves: • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the areas of packaging • Willingness for normal working hours as well as shift work in 2- to 3-shift operation • Good process and technical understanding • Proficient use of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP PM is an advantage • Completed vocational training in the mechanical or electrical field • German knowledge B2 • Several years of professional experience in a GMP environment, as well as good knowledge of GMP What is offered to you: • A chance to contribute to one of the most significant pharmaceutical companies in the world • Modern campus with many green spaces and meeting zones • Varied activity profile • Further training opportunities through temptraining • Collaboration in a dynamic and motivated team You are welcome to send your complete application documents to Ms. Diana Afonso.
