Teamleader Logistics (m/f/d) Your tasks Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations and rolling up your sleeves yourself in the process Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around 10–20 employees including responsibility for their occupational safety and health protection Continuous development of the team as well as independent conduct of employee, health and annual reviews Active participation in projects and contributing team and logistics know-how to the continuous improvement of work processes Your skills Solid specialist knowledge in logistics – through practical experience, specific training (e.g. Logistikfachmann/-frau) or further training in the field of leadership Initial to several years of leadership experience in logistics or production Very good IT skills in MS Office as well as experience with warehouse management systems You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form Mobility for our two-shift operation (Mo–Fr 05:00–23:00 / Sa 05:00–18:00) on a weekly rotation The courage to show, to take risks and to act on convictions under uncertainty Aligning actions and decisions with your personal convictions and values Why start with us?
