FaGe EFZ with additional function as vocational trainer 80-100 (m/f/d)

Our client is a care center in the heart of Basel, with a team of around 150 qualified employees, individual care and high quality of life for the residents are the focus. To strengthen the specialist and vocational training team, we are looking for an engaged personality as FaGe EFZ with an additional function as a vocational trainer at a workload of 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of the residents
• Ensuring a high quality of care in the interprofessional team
• Planning, accompanying and assessing the trainees in everyday life
• Promotion of the professional, social and personal competencies of the trainees
• Participation in the further development of training quality
• Taking on additional responsibility in the area of education and quality

Your profile

• Completed training as FaGe EFZ
• Vocational trainer certificate present
• Enjoyment of pedagogical tasks and trainee guidance
• Responsible, empathetic and structured personality
• Interest in further development and quality work
• Willingness to pass on knowledge and take on responsibility
