We are recruiting a: Social Educator in open settings at 60% Your mission: Follow-up of adults in great difficulty, affected in their health, within the framework of an integration process; psycho-social support; Administrative support related to their files, assistance with income management; Management of issues related to housing; Support for access to care, prevention, and health promotion. Your profile: Hold a Bachelor HES degree in social work or an equivalent title; Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting adults in difficulty; Experience in the field of addictions and/or in psychiatry; Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurances; Motivation for teamwork and a sense of responsibility; Skills in the management of complex administrative files; Driver's license indispensable.
