• As Head of Credit Office, you lead and promote the Credit Office department of the bank and lead two employees in this function
• Processing of loan applications: Recording and checking of data entry and checking for completeness of documents, creation of contract documents, timely disbursement and redemption, ensuring regulatory requirements, scanning of fully processed loan dossiers, settlement and repayment of loan positions
• Managing the loan positions, preparation of periodic re-approvals, construction loan processing, administration of mortgage master data
• Professional support of credit advisory as a sparring partner (valuation of properties)
• Good communication skills with authorities, insurance companies and other banks
