The Building Envelope specialist course has been successfully carried out since 2024 and opens up concrete professional perspectives for people with refugee and migration experience. Around 70% of the previous participants subsequently found a position in the primary labor market or an apprenticeship. With a view to the continuation of the offer, we are looking for a committed and proactive personality as Course Instructor / Coordinator, Building Envelope and Work Integration, 60% in Zollikofen and occasionally at various deployment sites in the canton of Bern, starting in September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks You will gradually take over the overall coordination of the Building Envelope specialist course and be responsible for its successful further development. Together with the previous co-responsible person, you will ensure a structured transfer of knowledge. You will plan and coordinate lessons, practical assignments, as well as the organizational implementation of the specialist course. You will recruit, advise, and coach the participants and work closely with referring agencies. You will conduct teaching units independently and in team teaching. You will maintain and develop the cooperation with the Polybau education center as well as with partner and internship companies. You will ensure the quality of the offer and continuously develop it. Your profile You have experience in the planning, coordination, and further development of educational, integration, or qualification offers, as well as teaching and counseling experience in adult education. You have completed training in the field of adult education (at least SVEB certificate instructor, SVEB 1). Ideally, you have already accompanied or coached people with refugee or migration experience. You work independently, in a structured manner, and communicate appropriately for the target group with different stakeholders. Knowledge of vocational training, labor market integration, and integration promotion, as well as experience in application coaching and in the building envelope industry or related areas of the construction and craft trades, are an advantage. You have very good German and good ösischkenntnisse skills.
