Your responsibility

As an instructor, you are responsible for the preparation and implementation of training sessions with a duration of one to four days. You bear responsibility for groups of 6-12 participants. As a rule, theory and practical lessons alternate, in which you implement the training concept independently and support the participants in their learning progress. Through your experience and accurate practical references, you prepare the participants in the best possible way for the final examination and the implementation of what has been learned in practice.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• Experience as an operator/user in one of our training areas such as forklifts, aerial work platforms, PSAgA, cranes, or construction machinery
• Experience in adult education such as supervising apprentices
• Interest in the topic of occupational safety and health protection
• Ideally corresponding further training such as SVEB I or EKAS SpezialistIn ASGS

You have a confident appearance and you enjoy passing on your knowledge and bridging the gap between theory and practice. With your very good manners, your positive attitude, and your motivation for the topic of learning, you are a creative member of our training team.

You master the German language perfectly and ideally speak another foreign language. In addition, you are willing to acquire user knowledge for MS-Office and use the corresponding programs.
