We support public authorities and private actors in complex projects at the interface between planning, regulation, and design. Your mission As a legal specialist, you will act as a legal expert within our multidisciplinary team. You will provide strategic and operational support on all legal aspects related to spatial planning and urban planning projects. Your responsibilities • Advise employees and clients on matters of spatial planning law and construction police; • Analyze federal, cantonal, and communal legal frameworks applicable to urban projects and local and regional planning; • Participate in the development and review of the legal compliance of regulations (zoning plans, taxes and contributions, community facilities, and other related themes); • Draft legal opinions and legal notes on specific issues; • Support municipalities within the framework of ongoing planning procedures; • Participate in conciliation meetings related to zoning plans; • Collaborate closely with urban planners, architects, landscape architects, as well as public and private clients; • Regularly inform colleagues of legislative and jurisprudential developments and ensure their dissemination and understanding within the team. Your profile • Bachelor and Master in law, ideally oriented towards public law or spatial planning law; • Solid knowledge of spatial planning and construction law (LAT, LATC, etc.); • Good understanding of planning processes and territorial issues. Personal skills • Analytical mind, rigor, and excellent writing skills; • Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a multidisciplinary team; • Sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach; • Strong interest in urban planning, urban projects, and architecture.
