Healthcare Specialist EFZ

Our client is an established institution in the field of care and support for people with special needs, supporting around 250 residents in a park-like setting with a village character. The company is characterized by a holistic care concept, interdisciplinary cooperation, and an appreciative work culture. To strengthen a specialized residential group, we are looking for a committed individual as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) (80-100 %) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Nursing and agogic support of people with dementia
• Support and representation of the group leader in all matters
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation in the team
• Assistance in managing the group household
• Key person work for residents
• Administrative support and documentation

Your profile

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience with people suffering from dementia and ideally impairments
• Knowledge from neurology, geriatrics, or pediatrics is an advantage
• Independent way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Differentiated perception and ability to reflect
• Good PC skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
