The Swiss Tourism Association (STV) is the national umbrella organization and central network organization in tourism with over 500 members. Together, we shape a future-oriented tourism country Switzerland, coordinate the concerns of the sector and represent them to politics, administration and media. This creates optimal framework conditions for tourism. We are looking for an immediate or agreed-upon committed and team-oriented Project Manager: Communication 80-100% We offer • A versatile communication role at the interface of tourism, politics and sustainability. • A wide range of activities from association communication to content production to campaign support. • Close cooperation with the leading industry media, associations and organizations in tourism. • A committed, competent and collegial team with short decision-making paths and a lot of design freedom. Your area of responsibility • You are responsible for the operational planning, coordination and implementation of the overarching communication of the STV. • You advise the departments on planning their communication measures and implement them professionally. • You manage the various communication channels and further develop publications as well as the digital presence of the association. • You follow digital developments, bring in ideas for new content formats and accompany them from conception to creation to publication. • You maintain exchange with industry media and partner organizations and make the work of our association visible. Your profile • You have proven communication skills and corresponding training (uni-/FH or comparable further training). • You have a high affinity for digital media and bring good IT skills (MS Office, CMS systems, social media, Adobe programs). • You are accustomed to independent, structured and responsible work and feel comfortable in the role of coordinator. • You actively bring in ideas and can implement them with your design flair. • Thanks to your high social competence and communication skills, you find it easy to work in a team and cooperate with various partner organizations. • You can express yourself confidently and eloquently in German and communicate effortlessly in French and English.
