• 12 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Sion Technical Coordinator (a) 100% # Workplace ### Sion + canton du Valais Activity rate ### 100% Start date ### To be agreed Your tasks: ### • Organize technical activities • Control and monitoring of operational activity • Support and follow-up in monthly maintenance activity • Be the interlocutor for the client's managers • Plan the work of concierges and technicians • Preparation and provision of internal documents and for audits • Initiate and ensure the follow-up of small projects • Participation on a rotational basis in an on-call service • Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI) Your profile: ### • CFC in the field of activity • Good knowledge in the technical field of buildings and project administration • Experience in team management • Knowledge of German is an asset • Very good mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office) • Comfortable with administrative tasks • Pronounced customer orientation, strong team spirit • Flexible regarding travel • Sense of communication • Driver's license Ready for us?
