For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment located in the Alpes Vaudoises, we are looking for a Care and Support Assistant at 60-80%. Your mission Within a caring and committed team, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the residents. Your main responsibilities: Accompanying residents in activities of daily living. Performing basic care in compliance with good professional practices. Ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of the people being supported. Promoting a relationship of trust with residents and their loved ones. Ensuring the transmission of information and observations in computerized files in order to guarantee the continuity of support. Your profile Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant Certificate (120 hours) or an equivalent training. For candidates holding a foreign diploma, a CRS recognition is required. Experience in the field of care, ideally in an EMS or with elderly people. Good command of French, both spoken and written. Comfort with standard IT tools.
