Assessment Location Management Chur Market development Graubünden, eastern Switzerland & Liechtenstein (80–100%) Your impact with us This role combines operative assessment work with customer consulting and regional market development. Among other things, you can expect the following tasks: Conducting assessments and development centers for specialist, leadership, and executive personnel Collaboration in our assessment team with regular presence at our headquarters in Zürich (approx. 1-2 days per week) Takeover and care of existing customer mandates in Graubünden, Liechtenstein, and eastern Switzerland Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at HR and management level Developing new business opportunities within your regional network Advising customers on personnel, leadership, and organizational development issues Conducting coaching and development processes Representing Avenir Group at regional specialist and network events Close collaboration with our consultants at all locations What distinguishes you You are an entrepreneurial personality with high credibility, pronounced customer orientation, and genuine passion for the people business. Additionally, you bring: University degree in psychology, business administration, human resource management, or a comparable field Several years of experience in HR consulting, personnel development, organizational development, or executive search In-depth knowledge of aptitude diagnostics, assessment, and development processes Experience in dealing with executives and decision-makers at the executive level Enjoyment of acquisition, network maintenance, and building sustainable customer relationships Entrepreneurial thinking and a self-dependent, solution-oriented way of working High service orientation and a pronounced understanding of quality Regional anchorage and a grown network in Graubünden, Liechtenstein, and/or eastern Switzerland A winning personality with conviction, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor What awaits you with us With us, you will find much more than a new position.
