For our renowned own brand Buderus, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a Service Technician Biomass (f/m/div.) to strengthen our team in German-speaking Switzerland.

Job Description

• You professionally commission biomass (wood) heating systems, hot water systems, solar systems, and control systems and carry out repair and maintenance work.
• You maintain the systems carefully according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions - expertly, efficiently, and independently.
• You advise our customers on the optimal device settings according to their individual needs.
• You inform them about the advantages of our optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You organize your service assignments independently and report them reliably to our customers and the dispatch department.
• You take turns with the team to perform on-call duty (Pikett).

Qualifications ##

Qualifications

• Training: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry,
• Personality and working style: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: experience in the industry is desirable, but "a positive mindset, great willingness to learn, and interest in the subject matter" is much more important to us
• Languages: proficient German skills
