YOUR TASKS • You lead and organize a ward with 40 employees professionally, personally, and organizationally • Together with your team, you ensure professional, warm, and high-quality nursing care • You are present in everyday nursing, support your team professionally, and accompany employees as well as trainees • You recognize development and optimization potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes • You help shape the future of nursing, for example, with new concepts or in interprofessional cooperation <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Dipl.
