For demanding projects in and on the water, wasserbau.plus GmbH is looking for an experienced foreman who organizes construction sites, participates practically, and maintains an overview even in difficult situations.

Your tasks

Leadership and coordination of small construction site teams

Organization and preparation of daily work

Active participation in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, and renovation projects

Execution of timber framing, steel construction, bank, and underpinning works

Coordination of machines, material, and transports

Management and control of daily reports

Monitoring of quality, occupational safety, and deadlines

Coordination with project management, client, and involved companies

Your profile

Completed vocational training in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, or a comparable profession

Several years of practical experience in civil engineering

Experience in hydraulic engineering, renaturation, or special civil engineering is an advantage

Initial leadership experience as a foreman or site manager

You work independently, think ahead, and make understandable decisions

Good knowledge of the construction industry, construction site organization, and reporting

Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of Swiss German

Driver's license Cat. B, BE and D1

Valid excavator certificate

Ship captain's license Cat. A or willingness to complete this within three months
