The Fachstelle Arbeitsintegration Region Bern carries out several offers and measures for social welfare recipients from over 50 partner municipalities on behalf of the Canton of Bern. Through internal businesses, integration coaching, and job placement, it supports people in professional and social integration. In our internal business "Textilatelier", we are looking for a person to complement our teams from October 1, 2026, or earlier, limited until the end of 2027, as a Textilfachperson/Arbeitsagoge:in (50%). Your main tasks You are a team member in the internal business "Textilatelier" with around 35 participants. You work under the instruction of the head of the business and take responsibility for parts of the business. You plan and carry out work orders from our partner company together with the participants. You achieve professional results in the areas of textile care and sewing manufacturing on a regular basis. You challenge and promote the participants according to agogic principles. You are part of the internal, interdisciplinary collaboration. Your profile You have training in the textile industry (laundry, textile care, textile processing). You have further education in the agogic or caregiving field. You love your craft and are able to guide even unpracticed participants in it. You organize with ease and find effortless access to people of different backgrounds. Work integration is your world. You lead with foresight and situational awareness. We expect a self-reliant, innovative, and flexible personality who sees teamwork as a matter of course.
