What you achieve

As the first point of contact for our emergency patients and their relatives, you play a central role and ensure administrative processing.

• You are responsible for patient admission, case data management, and the administrative follow-up of patient data (personal details, insurance).
• You handle telephone inquiries and schedule patient appointments.
• You are responsible for service control, timely report dispatch, and the clarification of insurance inquiries.
• Together with the team, you cover all shifts (early, late, weekend, and holiday services).

What distinguishes you

• You have a commercial basic education or comparable training in the medical field (pharmacy assistant, MPA) with several years of professional experience in a comparable function.
• A quick grasp of things as well as an independent and quality-conscious way of working distinguishes you.
• You maintain a respectful and professional manner with people and remain calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• Working with people gives you joy and your motivated and committed nature optimally complements teamwork.
• Proficient German, good oral French skills, and very good IT user skills are required.
• You enjoy flexible assignments, including on weekends.
