Receptionist (M/F) – Guernerés résidence - Grimentz

Are you smiling, organized and passionate about hospitality? Join our dynamic team for the 2026/27 winter season at the Guernerés residence in Grimentz and offer an unforgettable experience to our clients!

Your missions :

• Warmly welcome clients and ensure their check-in/check-out
• Manage reservations and respond to requests by telephone or e-mail
• Provide information about the hotel and the Grimentz region
• Ensure administrative follow-up and collect payments
• Collaborate with the different departments to guarantee a quality stay

Your profile :

• Experience in reception or customer service mandatory
• Ease with IT tools and hotel software
• Excellent communication skills and sense of service
• Proficiency in French and English (another language is a plus)
• Dynamism, courtesy and ability to manage several tasks at once
