Job description Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the médico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These accommodate 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 collaborators per institution are employed there. To complete the care team of the EMS Saint-Loup, we are looking for: A pool health assistant (variable activity rate) Mission and responsibilities: Serving the institutional project and the project for the support and care of residents in a living space, the person is responsible for performing care adapted to their physical and mental state, supporting and helping residents to accomplish daily life tasks as well as contributing to their support and that of their entourage. L-health assistant contributes, under the supervision of the qualified nursing staff, through their professional skills and observations, to the multidisciplinary care and support process, defined with the resident and, if applicable, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, as well as the treating physician and the teams.
