What awaits you ##

As a Senior Scrum Master, you work closely with the teams and the business. You bring experience, clarity, and commitment, and you actively shape collaboration in a complex environment. In doing so, you roll up your sleeves, create orientation, and help to drive things forward.

What you will achieve with us ##

You will accompany two to three teams in the Empowerment service cluster and support them in their daily work to collaborate in a focused manner. You recognize impediments early, address them openly, and stick with them until viable solutions are found. You provide structure and clear guardrails and ensure that agreements are kept.

As a Servant Leader, you are a present contact person for the teams. You promote an open culture of feedback and communication, name topics even when they are unpleasant, and help the teams to take responsibility and implement decisions.

In collaboration with Product Owners, the service cluster leadership team, and other stakeholders, you ensure transparency, commitment, and factual, goal-oriented, and effective coordination. The center of your task is the operative function with procedural responsibility and impact in everyday life.

What you bring with you ##

• Several years of sound experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable operative Servant-Leader role in a SAFe environment
• High seniority and life experience, combined with empathy, audience-appropriate communication, and the ability to approach people effectively even in conflict-ridden or unclear situations
• Good understanding of large organizations, the interaction of agile with line structures, and complex dependencies
• Good IT skills
• Willingness to accompany two to three agile teams
• Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills
