As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACS systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production zone (temperature, humidity, pressure) Programming, commissioning of PLCs in FBD, CFC, ST languages Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra) Processing of tickets and daily work reports Participation in projects in the MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB field and implementation of defined actions Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements Management of subcontractors Participation in the on-call service Your profile: Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS) Good knowledge in technical building management Knowledge of Beckhoff PLCs, Aveva (Wonderware) supervision, and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus), would be an asset Mastery of French (C1) and English level B1, an asset Ease with IT tools and good mastery of excel Good resistance to stress and sense of organization, team spirit Flexibility and strong customer orientation Ready for us?
