Our services are addressed to children and also to their parents. We implement our actions in accordance with values that we embody on a daily basis. Our activities are fully part of the policy of protection of minors dictated by the State of Vaud. Strong with its commitment, the Foundation manages 5 internats and 6 ambulatory units, mobilizing for this more than 250 collaborators. As part of its ambulatory sector, the Foundation offers a mediation and accompaniment service for meetings between a minor and one of their parents. Delivered by a team of trained interventionists, the service is ensured in different locations in the region of East Vaud. Measures related to the right of visit are prescribed and orchestrated by the child protection authorities. To strengthen the team of mediated visits, the Ambulatory Sector is looking for a : interventionist in mediated visits at the hour The position requires availability mainly in the late afternoon and on Wednesdays, as well as on Saturdays, depending on the mandates. Job description Facilitate the reconciliation of parent-child relationships in a context of separation. Ensure the preservation of personal relationships in contexts requiring high vigilance. Accompany the interactions between the parent and the child, thus facilitating the course of visits and relational adjustments. Contribute to the evaluation of parental skills and support their continuous development. Propose to parents an understanding of their child that effectively translates their needs and behavior and contributes to the strengthening of parental skills. Write administrative documents related to accompaniments and actively participate in associated assessment meetings. Your profile Bachelor's degree in social education or psychology, or a title deemed equivalent. Significant experience and continuous training in the field of child protection and parenthood. Excellent knowledge of the field of social education and the tools associated with it. Proven ability to manage meetings with parents and children confronted with behavioral and/or personality disorders. Ability to maintain one's own safety and emotional stability; ease in adopting an assertive posture and positioning oneself effectively.
