About the role
As a Building Drafter, you will join a human-sized team to contribute to the execution phase of a luxury villa project.
Tasks
The role focuses on the production of detailed execution plans, technical coordination, and field surveying.
Produce detailed execution plans on ArchiCAD 3D
Create precise setting-out plans for materials
Ensure technical coordination with the different trades
Perform field surveys and model existing structures
Participate in site supervision and compliance controls
Collaborate closely with architects on construction details
We are looking for
Mastery of ArchiCAD 3D software
Initial experience as a building drafter or in architecture
An asset if you possess
Mastery of Swiss construction standards
