For our small, well-coordinated team with great ambitions, we are looking for a reliable, flexible specialist for field service and maintenance of our devices – with assignments both at the customer's site and in in-house assembly.

Your tasks

Your work directly decides how reliably our devices run.

• Technical service & maintenance of our devices directly at the customer (in the Zurich area)
• Diagnosis and repair of mechanics, electrics and electronics
• Final inspection & commissioning after every intervention
• Collaboration in assembly and production of new devices
• Your feedback from the field – directly into product development
• Service documentation and reports

Your profile

With us, precision does not end in design, but at the customer's site.

• Basic training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, polymechanic or similar, ideally with an electrotechnical flair
• Experience as a Field Service Technician is an advantage
• Know-how in mechatronics, electronics, circuit diagrams, mechanical engineering. Desire for customer contact and a service mentality
• Creativity, problem-solving skills and quick comprehension. Independent, structured way of working with high initiative as well as reliability
• Team player mentality
• German fluent, English advanced
• Driver's license Cat. B
