Your area of responsibility You are responsible for the personnel administration of your area: contracts, certificates, sickness/accident reports, social security correspondence You ensure that salaries run correctly and punctually: from entry to exit You are the first point of contact for employees and supervisors for HR questions You keep the personnel master data clean and up to date You think ahead and contribute ideas to simplify our HR processes in the Service Center Your profile Commercial EFZ with further training as HR Assistant. HR specialist certificate is an advantage.
