Our hiring process • You apply directly online for the advertised apprenticeship position and submit your complete documents • You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt, so you know that your application has arrived • We will then carefully review your documents and see if your profile, motivation, and apprenticeship position fit well together • As a rule, you will receive feedback on the next steps within 10 working days • If your application convinces us, we will get to know you better in a first video call • If the mutual impression is confirmed, we will invite you to another round of discussions on site. This will give you an insight into your future training area, you will get to know possible vocational trainers and team members, and you can clarify open questions • If it fits for both sides, we look forward to your YES. After that, we will prepare the apprenticeship contract for you and jointly prepare the next steps until your start • After the joint contract signing, we will have the apprenticeship contract approved by the cantonal office. For minors, the parents or legal representatives also sign • As soon as the apprenticeship contract is approved by the office, you are officially part of our company. Until your first day of training, you will receive ongoing information, and we will accompany you step by step on your way to your apprenticeship start
