As a Nespresso Coffee Specialist, you competently advise customers, inspire them for our coffee machines and the diverse coffee range, and actively contribute to the brand experience. You will become a visible part of our coffee community and inspire people to think more consciously about what is in their cup and how coffee enriches their everyday life. A central component of this role is your flexibility: you work within the framework of a rotation system at various POS (Point of Sales) locations in Winterthur, Schaffhausen and Kreuzlingen. This variety allows you to get to know different customer groups and use your advisory skills in different environments. A day in the life as a Sales Associate • You advise, present and sell products from a diverse range of machines, coffee and accessories - at changing sales locations in department stores and shopping centers mainly in Bern and Biel Zone. • You respond competently, friendly and flexibly to individual customer requests. • You invite customers to enjoyable coffee tastings and create moments that remain in memory. • You manage coffee orders and ensure that accessories and brochure material are available at all times. • You take on administrative tasks related to the sales process. • You ensure order and cleanliness at the sales location and carry out minor maintenance and care work on machines. Your area of responsibility • You have business-fluent German skills, French skills are an additional plus. • You are ready to work within the framework of a rotation system at different locations, in Bern and Biel. • Availability on Saturday is mandatory; availability on Friday is a big plus. • You have experience in direct customer sales. • You stand for a strong work ethic, integrity as well as transparent and trustworthy cooperation. • You work in a service-oriented and proactive manner, value teamwork and bring joy to continuous learning and knowledge exchange.
