In this position, you will advise customers competently, support technical queries, and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes. You will act as a central interface between customers and internal specialist departments and accompany technical solutions along the entire customer journey. Your task ##

• Technical consulting and support of customers
• Creation and follow-up of offers and orders
• Coordination and accompaniment of customers from the inquiry to order processing
• Entry, maintenance, and processing of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with field service, technology, production, and other internal departments

Your profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial or technical basic training mandatory
• Several years of experience in technical inside sales
• Fluent German, good French skills are required
• Confident handling of ERP systems and digital work processes
• Strong service and customer orientation
