Working time: 80 % - 100 % ##

Disability insurance (AI) is a mandatory social insurance on a Swiss scale. It supports insured persons threatened by or affected by a disability through integration measures. The goal is that the insured persons can ensure their livelihood independently, fully or partially. If such reintegration (or integration) is not possible or only partially, the AI pays a (partial) pension.

Tasks

• Register, verify and decide on benefit requests for technical aids from AI and AVS as well as for medical measures
• Verify the right to insurance and obtain missing documents
• Register relevant system data as well as manage and document the progress of the file
• Advise the families concerned in a manner adapted to the recipients and needs and direct them towards the appropriate specialized services
• Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
• Examine and process objections

Requirements

• Completed basic commercial and/or medical training
• Very good knowledge of Italian orally and in writing
• Knowledge of social insurance law at the level of file management; federal certificate of capacity an asset
• Medical knowledge an asset
• Autonomous, efficient and systematic working method as well as capacity for analytical thinking
• Appreciative and recipient-adapted communication as well as reliable and discreet management of sensitive information
• Good knowledge of AI measures and processes as well as willingness to learn and change
