Your tasks – Medical management and strategic responsibility Medical activity:

• Independent performance of consultations, diagnostics, and therapies in the field of General Internal Medicine
• Holistic care of female and male patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists and therapists for the best possible care
• Ensuring high treatment quality and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Promotion of preventive medicine as well as health advice

Management & Site Management:

• Operational and strategic management of the practice / health center with medical responsibility
• Personnel management and team development: Support, guidance, and promotion of medical specialist staff
• Optimization of practice processes, efficiency increase, and ensuring a high-quality patient flow
• Implementation of statutory requirements as well as medical guidelines and quality management processes
• Further development of the medical offering as well as expansion of cooperations and networks
• Financial management and economic responsibility in cooperation with the administration

Your profile – Specialist competence meets leadership strength

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent recognition)
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient medicine, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business processes in healthcare
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational skill, initiative, and decision-making ability
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills an advantage
